We are happy to introduce you the latest additions to our wine collection: Merlot Blanc de Noir and Chardonnay Brut Nature.
Merlot Blanc de Noir – Spumante Brut
A unique sparkling wine, that ennobles the potential of a form of the famous Merlot grape still unrevealed to many.
Classification: Sparkling white wine
Grape variety: 100% Organic Merlot
Winemaking method: Merlot grapes vinified in white, then natural secondary fermentation for about 60 days in stainless steel autoclave using the “Martinotti – Charmat” method.
Alcohol content: 12% Alc./Vol.
Chardonnay Brut Nature
The quintessence of “Long Charmat” method. An intense sparkling wine, created to celebrate our first 20 years of organic farming.
Classification: Sparkling white wine
Grape variety: 100% Organic Chardonnay
Winemaking method: Natural secondary fermentation in stainless steel autoclave with “Long Charmat” method for about 6 months.
Alcohol content: 12% Alc./Vol.
